Like all Omni-Flex® conveyor belts, Mega-Flex 125 components are precision-crafted from premium quality stainless steel to exacting standards. The finish is smooth and burr free for easy clean-up and excellent sanitary and hygienic properties. However, the stronger construction of the Mega-Flex 125 belt dramatically increases your system carrying capacity by 33% over standard Omni-Flex belting. The maximum width of 54" and tension rating of 500 lbs extends the use of spirals into new applications and markets where spiral belts could not be used until now.
EASY RETROFIT AND LESS MAINTENANCE
The 2.2 turn radius of the Mega-Flex 125 belt makes it easy to convert from a standard Omni-Flex system design, both in the field and at the new system design stage. At the same time, the superior strength of the Mega-Flex 125 belt makes it an attractive choice in upgrading existing conveyor systems that are overloaded or over tensioned.
HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION
The use of larger bar links, pickets and rods dramatically increases the carrying capacity of Mega-Flex 125 spiral belts and permits the use of wider constructions for increased capacity.
BROAD RANGE OF SIZES AND ACCESSORIES
Fatigue resistant pickets are available on most Mega-Flex 125 belts and increase belt service life by about 30%. Other accessories such as Guard Edges, lane dividers and custom attachments are available for special needs.
