Ashworth provides and stocks a very broad range of sprockets and toothless idlers designed to fit every conveyor belt we sell.
Sprocket materials include cast iron, cast or machined stainless steel, or plastic. While most iron and stainless steel sprockets are cast, stainless steel is also often machined. All UHMWPE plastic sprockets are machined in order to meet individual application requirements. Special order sprockets may have round or square bores, set screws, flame hardened teeth or narrow hubs. Other special modifications and designs are possible on request.
